My wife has lied to Police, HC Mediation centre, and District court in DV case. I have documents proof of these lies. Can I file a rejoined invoking Section 182 – False information, Section 191 – Giving false evidence/statement, Section 200 - Using as true such declaration knowing it to be false, Section 209 - Dishonestly making false claim in Court, Section 211 - False charge of offence made with intent to injure, and Section 499 - Defamation
