False cases done by wife please suggest something.

Hello. I got your number from lawrato. Actually I need some guidance from you in my case. I married girl on 6th dec and she went her home on 16th dec. Last year. On 11th feb they filed a case against me and my family. 307+323+498a+354+505 She was having an affair and i called her parents and they took her home. I have recording proof and video and Photos of them going and coming at my home. I applied for anticipatory bail for my mother. First date was-3rd march Second date was 10th march. They didn't submit 164 statements till 10th( some jugaad they did) Now tomorrow is my mother's bail date in surajpur noida court. What are the chances of getting bail tomorrow of mother. Can you please suggest something

kindly contact over phone for your concern. Your mother will get the anticipatory bail. However as u have mentioned IPC 307 in FIR then their should be done solid proofs regarding that. .

Judgment are as per evidence put forward and plea made , both form basis for the arguments , as per sections in your it’s comes under heinous crime, section 307 is about attempt to murder , provide details for further remedy !

I have seen your query carefully and minutely then found you have to go to high court Allahabad for anticipatory bail. you should also file a writ petition for quashing FIR and file an application for arrest stay before high court Allahabad.
