Hello. I got your number from lawrato. Actually I need some guidance from you in my case. I married girl on 6th dec and she went her home on 16th dec. Last year. On 11th feb they filed a case against me and my family. 307+323+498a+354+505She was having an affair and i called her parents and they took her home. I have recording proof and video and Photos of them going and coming at my home. I applied for anticipatory bail for my mother. First date was-3rd marchSecond date was 10th march. They didn't submit 164 statements till 10th( some jugaad they did) Now tomorrow is my mother's bail date in surajpur noida court. What are the chances of getting bail tomorrow of mother. Can you please suggest something

Q: divorce within 3 month of marriage

Sir I am love with someone else I married forcefully my husband is ready to give me divorce I got married 15 days ago I want divorce so I can proceed my life with my best one my husband also not hv issue so what is the legal procedure for this.

first of all you have to opt divorce proceeding by which your first marriage come to an end then you can marry to another one with your choice and comfort. if you are hindu and lawfully married with someone then without taking divorce you cannot marry.

Q: My family forcefully marriage with another guy

Sir I am Hindu and a guy love him he is also Hindu before 2 months my family was agree for him but now my family is forcing me to marry with another guy but I can't do this if I complain police then they will not take action because my family is powerful and my family can kill me also so how to escape yourself from this situation I don't want to marry with anyone because I love with another guy

you can proceed under special marriage act and file a write petition regarding the matter in highcourt to issue a order in your favour restricting all the person not to interefere in your marriage.. if both parties are mazor then you can marry by court process.

I have received a notice from Court to present in court with my wife.the case is filed by my sister in low's mother in law on me, my wife and my mother in law regarding domestic violence.
