You can jointly appoint one lawyer and file for mutual divorce and can agree on terms and conditions of maintenance and custody of children. Better to file in a court where you are residing. feel free to contact for further guidance

if you have taken over this issue with your husband and if he is agreeable for a divorce on mutual consent, you are also required to come to a settlement with regard to custody and expense of children. Inform also if you are residents of Bangalore .

For mutual divorce both has to agree each other and sign the petion , if you have any claim or hsuband refuses you might contest the case to obtain divorce so discuss with your husband before proceeding. If you are facing any life threaten situations reach out police immediately or any advocate for legal assistance

Dear Madam, If your husband is Okay with Mutual Divorce then apply for the same with simple conditions and if possible get some amount as alimony for yourself and some lumpsum amount towards maintenance of your two children. If your husband is having any properties then get release deed in favour of your minor children. Thus, you may apply for mutual divorce immediately.
