Me and my husband required mutual divorce
We have 2 kids and my husband is not taking care of us
He is an alcoholic and hurts us everyday

Dear Madam,
If your husband is Okay with Mutual Divorce then apply for the same with simple conditions and if possible get some amount as alimony for yourself and some lumpsum amount towards maintenance of your two children. If your husband is having any properties then get release deed in favour of your minor children. Thus, you may apply for mutual divorce immediately.
