mutual divorce can be filed either in port blair Or in Bangalore but you need to be present before court through lawyer and file the same and seek for early date and file necessary application to waive off cooling period

if you want mutual it can be done at earliest... if you have marriage invitation and photo it's enough to get mutual divorce however if you go for contested divorce it takes time as such advisable to go for mutual and also depend on jurisdiction court where you will file for divorcr
