if you want divorce, from your wife, then please say when you got married, if it is more than one year or years then you may choose for filing petition for getting divorce. you say that, you wife has extramarital relationship, ok, but you must have solid proof as pics and some recoding and video for producing before court. Yes you may immediately proceed to institute proceedings against your wife on account of her extra marital affairs. However, I would suggest you are able to obtain credible information and proof of such as the same is required to be proved before Court.

Any videos of her accepting that she has cheated, or may opt to appoint a private investigator for such proof.
