Hi Sir,
You may move a divorce petition before the Hon'ble Court under the ground of cruelty and adultery. However, it may further depend on the facts and evidence whereby we can suggest other ground of divorce as well.
For more information, feel free to have a word with me.

In this regard, I advice you to go through my judgment in shweta Puri matte before high court. You can google it. There is set pattern to file for dissolution of marriage so the grounds of adulterous and cruelty. This is required because you have to get the minimum quantum in maintenance order from the courts. For further clarification, please contact.

Hi,

In response to this.

Yes you may immediately proceed to institute proceedings against your wife on account of her extra marital affairs. However, I would suggest you are able to obtain credible information and proof of such as the same is required to be proved before Court.

Any videos of her accepting that she has cheated, or may opt to appoint a private investigator for such proof.
