You can move an application for dismissal of the divorce petition filed by your partner if she's not coming on dates. And if the situation is unsecure then rather stretching the relationship you should opt for mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in maximum of six months.

Steps that you Can Take will depend on the exact facts of your case. Also it will additionally depend upon whether you want divorce or not. So it's best to consult and discuss it before taking any step. However generally there are few things that you can consider doing * Wait for Court Action or request the court to take action against her: Initially, the court will likely issue notices to the wife to appear. If she continues to remain absent, the court may issue further notices or summons, potentially through different modes of service to ensure she is informed about the case. * Inform the Court: Your client's lawyer should bring the wife's non-appearance to the attention of the court during hearings. This is crucial for the court to be aware of the situation and to proceed accordingly. * Request for Ex-Parte Proceedings: If the wife consistently fails to appear despite proper service of notice, your client can file an application requesting the court to proceed with the case ex-parte.

So what I am able to understand is that your Wife filed for the Divorce and now she is the one who is not attending the hearings. In that case you can request the court to dismiss the case with heavy cost for non appearance and for wasting the time of the court. But the court will grant few opportunities to the other side in order for them to appear. For any further legal assistance please feel to contact.
