I'm Nand Kishore, owner of All India Lubricants. Google Gemini AI generated fake UTR IDs & GSTIN on my prompts, encouraging financial forgery. MeitY (Grievance MINIT/E/2026/0003041) closed it without technical audit. Q: Order delivered but no installation

Purchased 2 ACs from an online platform which delivered on 7 April. Installation pending. Technician visited but refused citing 4th floor issue and left. bot platform and brand are shifting responsibility. Now asked to arrange self-installation from the customer care of online platform. Also receiving calls from unknown numbers (privacy concern). Return window closing without installation. Need advice

Q: illegal construction on third floor terrace

ours is a dda flat (ground +3 storey), third floor owner has demarcated the water tank area and has put a wall to separate it from the rest of the terrace and locked the terrace separately. is it allowed, and whether any construction on third floor terrace is permissible , who has the ownership right of the terrace? thanks

We wanted to have settlement deed before filing an FIR in criminal case. I wanted to know that the injury comes in minor or major category and settlement deed is possible or not
