Q: If A Girl Planned marriage for divorce+alimony, am I bound to pay?

If I am able to provide proof that my wife and her family had planned from the very beginning to get married only with the intention of later seeking divorce, maintenance, and alimony from me, will I still be legally bound to pay her maintenance or alimony?

If you can prove that the marriage was done based on some plan to extort money you need not pay. There is adequate judgements by the Hon'ble Supreme Court which clearly mention that in cases where marriage is done out of intention to commit fraud, one is not bound to pay. I want file police complaint in local city of Mumbai. But local police station is very corrupt and my complaint be ignored I know because accused is influential person. I want file Zero-FIR in New Delhi to ensure FIR is filed. Which local New Delhi police station is not corrupt where they forward my complaint to Mumbai with proper procedure. Is this bad idea?

I understand your difficulty. However your question is legally not correct. If police is not filing your FIR you can always move an application before the magistrate concerned. However I suggest that you first contact a knowledgeable advocate so that you get the correct suggestion and assistance.

if police officer for pending investigation of crpc time uses bnss in it then what will happen that first the police investigation is under crpc then police officer includes bnss and present the chargesheet in bnss what will happen.

Nothing will happenMost of the provisions are same. However if the change impacts your case adversely compared to what it would have been had the provisions of crpc been applied instead, in that case you can pursue remedies.
