hello dear client in private you can't be prosecuted for using any of book or reading any story but but if you sell it or express it online you will be prosecuted and fine ans punishment will both be imposed on you as far as reading in private is concerned article 21 gives you to read the story or book in private

Marriage on3.3.2006 , domestic voilence and 125crpc , 498a complaint all these filed in April 2011 .125crpc final order came 2018 , 4000 rs maintenance as per my salary slip( letterhead of employer) of 7500. Dv final order came on 7.3.2022 where salary slip was not attached and due to no evidence of salary proof from any side ,, court did guess work and assumed salary 20k and 10k maintenance per month allowed frm date of filing which is 2011.
