Cancellation of registered marriage certificate under hindu marriage a

2 months back my sister got register marriage with a boy, both r major. But my sister didn't live with him even single day & telling that he has lied many things & got married. What is the procedure to cancel the registration if he doesn't agree & what is the procedure is he agrees for cancellation of registration.
ones marriage registration done later if they want cancelle marriages they need file divorce petition ethir contested are mutually divorce petition in family court later court will pass divorce decree then you need to cancel the registration
