MARRIAGE once registered cannot be cancelled. YOU need to go for divorce which would be dissolution of marriage.

no it will be a per-mature process you cant get divorce but if in case if both of you are agreed that husband and wife are not compatible with each other then to file a mutual divorce then its a different procedure.

दूसरा आपने यह भी स्पष्ट नहीं किया कि आपकी शादी हिन्दू धर्म के अनुसार हुई थी या आपने कोर्ट मेरिज की थी ।
बरहाल आपको बता दूं कि आपको तलाक लेने के लिए सामान्यतः एक वर्ष का इंतजार करना होगा।
इसके बाद ही आप तलाक के लिए संबंधित परिवार न्यायालय में याचिका दायर कर सकते हैं।
