If you are not willing to go further with this relationship then you can go further in court for declaring you marriage null and void. But before one year you both can't file Petition of divorce under mutual ground as there is mandatory provision in law to wait for one year for filing Petition.

No annulment or divorce can be filed unless one year is elapsed from the date of marriage .
If u wish to then we have to seek special permission for filing from the court .
annulment has certain grounds which cannot be applied in your case so it is better for a mutual divorce.

If your Marriage is registered under Special Marriage Act, then annulment is a good option for you. Otherwise you can file contesting Divorce case even before completion of one year to your marriage specifying special circumstances.
In family matters, it is always better to try to sort it out mutually and reach on conclusion either living together peacefully or getting seperated peacefully that is by way of mutual consent Divorce.
