Advice how to get the wife's call records without Police complaint

No you can't do so. Generally every telecom company has privacy policy so if the number is registered in your wife's name then you can't get her call details/call records. Only police or court can order for such records.

Its confidential info and telcom comp. will not provide it without intimation from police or order from court. Try getting it unofficialy through someone internal in the company and if its of your benefit then u can file application b4 court to call for ur wife's call record for reason to be specified in the application.

Under the Privacy Act, receiving call details without the permission of a person is prohibited. So please.. & If mobile number is post paid then you can take it in any way, If you get some sort of call details, you will not be able to use it.

ऐसा कोई प्रॉविजन नही है की किसी की पर्सनल कॉल डिटेल मिल सके नेटवर्क ऑपरेटर भी किसी की पर्सनल कॉल रिकॉर्डिंग whithout कोर्ट की परमिशन के कॉल रेकॉर्ड नही कर सकते है आप उसकी कॉल रेकार्डिंग उसी से या वो जिससे बात करती है उससे पर्याप्त कर सकते है
