Dear sir/madam,
Photos and chats are very strong proofs to prove the adultery, but the same should be much reliable so that the court can rely upon them beyond any doubt. Secondly, you have not stated in your query that you belong to which religion because divorce is such a subject-matter which is governed by the personal laws of the parties concerned. You will be governed by the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, if you are a Hindu. As per section 14 of the Hindu Marriage Act, no petition for divorce can be presented within one year of marriage, but the section also empowers the concerned court to allow the application before one year has elapsed, if the case is one of exceptional nature. Hence, you have to prove that your case is one of an exceptional nature, if you want to take divorce before one year.

Hello client hru.
As Ur query is concerned as per which I want to make it clear they adultery can not be proved just with the help of simple photograps or as well as with chats but it's needs to be spacific proof is required for proving adultery on the side of wife.second thing. Just after 3 months of marriage divorce can not be a sustainable in any court in India as per law but nullity of Marriage can be filled. But for tht also the spacific things to be completed as criteria then only it is possible.not before that.

As per section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act 1955, any one can seek divorce if his or her spouse had sexual intercourse with any other person other than his or her spouse.
In your case, If your spouse can prove such an act, then he can take divorce.
