Hi,
Call recording and sharing is a punishable offence. As per TRAI Regulations call recording is only available at police.( SP rank officer's depends on the case stage).
And sharing is also an offence under Information Technology Act 2000 and punishable.

Recording means voice recordings or normal call details

"Recording" means any type of audio or video recording of a conversation or communication between two or more people. This includes recordings made using a phone, computer, or any other device that is capable of recording audio or video and not merely 'normal call details'.
The interception, monitoring, or recording of any communication without the consent of all parties involved is generally prohibited under the Indian Telegraph Act. This means that if you wish to record a conversation, you must obtain the consent of all parties involved before doing so. It's important to note that there may be certain exceptions to this general rule, such as in cases where law enforcement officials are authorized to intercept or record communications in accordance with the law. However, these exceptions are limited and generally require a warrant or court order.
