Hi
a cyber crime complaint can be withdrawn only through court in case if any FIR is filed. In your case, since you filed online, your complaint must have been transferred to cyber crime police either at cyberabad or Hyderabad. Depending on where you reside, you can approach the concerned official and give a written complaint withdrawal letter and police can close the complainant at preliminary stage itself

They may be needed for their record. You should call them and ask if necessary to go there or not ? If they need an affidavit ,you made it and send by post and please send a copy of mail that you get from them for better advice.
