Placement Institute does not provide placement and used me

There is a placement Institute in Kolkata which said they will give me placement and they will teach me everything as mentioned in the syllabus but they fail to do so and additionally the used me in their marketing video without my permission and neither paid me for that. I want my money back and want them to remove me from their video. Please help!!!

Prima facie what I feel that you should file a case under 420/406 IPC against the Institute alongside 120B for criminal conspiracy. I also feel that you are not the only one who has been duped like this.
