Want to Withdraw my cybercrime complaint which i register it online

I registered Cyber crime complaint few days ago for someone hacked my paytm account,now the issue is resolved and i want to withdraw the complaint,can you tell me what was the procedure
you have to give the written letter to concern department requesting that not to take further legal action. and write the fact that the problem is resolved. the department will consider your request and do the needful immediately.
