Obtain certified copy of the court order and serve it to the concerned bank’s Nodal Officer with acknowledgement. Request Cyber Cell to issue written follow-up for compliance. If the bank still delays, file a compliance/execution application before the same court seeking directions and appearance of the concerned officer.

After court order, follow up through the Investigating Officer/Cyber Cell for execution. Seek compliance report, file application for directions to banks, or move contempt/appropriate recovery proceedings if banks delay release of frozen funds.

You need to get the memo on the basis of your order and submit it to the police, police on the basis of the memo from the judicial magistrate in your return of the property case will issue a notice to the nodal officer and email that the amount frozen in the bank account should be released back into your account. you can also file for contempt petition against the bank for not following the courts orders

You must serve a certified copy of the court order to the Bank's Nodal Officer and the concerned Cyber Cell. If they fail to comply, you can file an execution petition or a contempt application in court to compel the release of funds. Additionally, escalate the matter to the RBI Banking Ombudsman for non-compliance.
