Unauthorized Access and Sharing of Personal Mobile Data

04-Nov-2026 (In Cyber Crime Law)
Hello Sir, I was in a relationship with a married man and temporarily gave him my phones. His wife and brother allegedly took my phones from married man unlocked them, copied my personal data to devices/pendrives and shared private WhatsApp chats and call recordings with my sister. They refuse to return my data. Do they have any legal right to access, copy, retain or share it? Can I legally demand permanent deletion of all copies and protection against future misuse or blackmail under Indian law?
