Someone accessed and recorded my private conversations, which were conducted entirely at home, and showed the video to my parents. The school cannot impose disproportionate punishment without following due process. Unauthorised access, recording and disclosure of private chats may raise privacy and cybercrime issues. Seek an inquiry, preserve evidence and challenge expulsion.
