Sharing someone's phone number without their consent in India is generally considered illegal. It falls under the category of cybercrime when personal information is disclosed without permission. This includes leaking someone's phone number, which is indeed a crime.
In India, the sharing of personal information without consent can have legal consequences under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other relevant laws. Posting someone's phone number, especially online, can also lead to legal action as it violates privacy norms.
If someone has posted your address or personal details online without your consent, you may consider seeking legal advice to take appropriate action against the perpetrator.
