My school confiscated my phone they won't give it back even upon the parent's request it have been 2 days they are saying they won't return it can i get it back

Q: How to get FIR quash in forgery case If complainee died

There was FIR for forgery in some property paper. nComplainee died before filing of charge sheet and now our property papers are with police who are saying that papers have been sent to FSL. nHow can I get my papers back.

You can check your property papers in the Registrar office, within your jurisdiction in which property is situated. You can inspect the property with the office and also patwari also help u in finding property papers and the owner details.

Q: I Moved Application For Directions To IO For Submitting Status Report

I moved an application for directions to IO for submitting status report of the case before concerned court, IO submitted status report with false observation and also not in detailed. Can I object this status report in court.

Yes you can file an objection application against such ATR. In order to file an application you need to consult a lawyer with criminal specialists. Also Objection must be contrary to the ATR, denying all the para written in such ATR. It should be point to point, accordance to legal aspects.

Q: opposing s 482 petition quashing FIR

After registering FIR police is investigating the complaint. Accused is filing petition u/s 482 CrPC in Delhi High court. My query is whether i can file caveat? or Will I, complainant, will get notice or police has to defend the matter

I have received a call from a person who has introduced as an employee of M/s Royal Courier Mumbai. She told me that my courier has reached her office and some tax amount to be paid for getting the same to deliver my address. I paid the amount but she was a fraduster and I want to file a case against the people involved. I have the Bank Account Number of her group where I have deposited the money.

This is a cyber cell fraud so please visit nearest cyber police station within the jurisdiction. Draft a complaint, in which clearly the fraud u suffered must mention with all essential details like Account no., Delivery proof, call No., etc. so that police can immediately catch the offender.
