Can a cyber crime case can be withdrawn after 2years only dates are given, no trial is done
The Cyber Crime case if at the judicial court can be withdraw under certain circumstances. A review is required of the case and the violation to the common law in the society at large needs to be understood. A Online Photography case can not be withdraw as the state would be responsibly for the law and order for this illegal activity.

IN case FIR has been made, and/or charge sheet filed, then the proper procedure is approaching high court u.s 482 Crpc for Quashing of criminal complaint. In the event till now no FIR has been registered & recommended by cyber cell. the complaint can be withdrawn.
