Downloading Adult content is not an crime, If you were misuse such content it's an offence, Example: Blackmail those persons, watching in public place etc. If your watching in privacy place it's not a crime.

What help are you trying to seek from lawyers now is not clear. If you are worried about getting arrested then let me tell you that unless the Porn content is of children you have nothing to worry about. In this case, you have downloaded an adult content, watched it and might have deleted it as well. As you have downloaded the porn from a third party app, your device would have been infected with virus. Format your device.
