Q: Threats from neighbour- how can I proceed legally

My neighbour is having a large tree nearly beside my compound.The trees branches are coming to inside my house.My power supply wire is getting disturbed with the trees branches.So recently the electric wire got disconnected because of the trees branches.I asked my neighbour to remove the branches of tree which are inside my property.what my neighbour is saying "Do whatever you want! I DON'T Remove them"Suppose at the time of wire disconnecting if anyone is there he or might seriously died.

You has a right to cut the tree branches without asking or informing to that tree owner from your property, This issue comes under a continuing nuisance so no need to wait for your neighbour permission just remove the tree branches from your property without entering your neighbour's property for more details contact me.

Q: College asking extra fee for backlog exams belonging to osmania univer

Hi this is Bhavani i study in a private college of ou recently ou has released the backlog exam fee details for 2 subjects it was 790 rupees but my college is asking 1050 rupees for backlog do they have right lo take extra money

Q: Amount given in cash but the person is not returning & saying no money

My parents have been giving money (mostly in cash) to a person since long ago (around 2015) and he promised them to return the amount along with the interest but no note was written on paper but the amount taken every time was written in piece of paper along with the monthly interest calculated and added every month by the receiver.
