Q: Illegally constructed in our land

Our next site which belongs to our aunt have illegally built their house in 2 & half feet of our land. Can we demolish because its in our property without sendind legal notice?

Q: Is it worth file a case against the vendor for faulty product of ₹13K

I am an agent for Akbar Travels. I have applied for a UAE VISA to the customer for ₹12200, and I charged the client ₹13000 (profit of just ₹800). The customer wanted to exit India in the month of November, which was communicated to the vendor at the time of booking the visa (I have the call recording of the communication in which it is clearly told to the vendor the client wants to exit India in the month of November). Q: Cheated by holiday booking membership by LetsgoHolidays company

We took a membership in LetsgoHolidays holiday booking company for 2.2L-5yrs1.Their website is not functional.We have to call the agents to book for a holiday.2.The claims they made in the presentation are not true.We were in a hurry that day and didn't check the agreement properly before signing3.We have to followup with the agents multiple times to give options for booking and they share non-premium properties saying non-availability for premium properties even if we request 1 month earlier

yes, you have a right to file consumer suit, for that you have to submit a transaction details and communication between both of you, By filing a consumer suit you will get compensation from them along with your paid amount.

Q: BW/NBW for A2 and A3 to be recalled

its a 2011 year 498a Case. Later after 2-3 years the petitioner and respondent parties are compromised and A1 is quashed in High court. A separate Quash petition also filed for A2 and A3 but unfortunately due to communication and conflict issues with our lawyer the Quash petition for A2 and A3 filed is dismissed due to non-prosecution. We totally forgot the further happenings of the case and recently received a call from police station that BW/NBW warrants are issued on A2 and A3

Firstly you have to confirm on which case you got BW/ NBW. Later you just filied recall petition against of that warrent with your advocate at the same time you just have knowledge about your quash petition. If it's still not disposed you just connect with advocate and resume it immediately.

Q: Closing of registered missing case

Can we close a missing case in another police station then the missing complaint registered police station.

Yes, you can close your complaint, But that complaint was must be filled after 01-07-2024, If you had filied a complaint before that you have to visit same station and try to close your complaint with written statement of reasons or explanation of withdrawal of complaint.
