Q: quashing the proceedings of FIR/ 498-A

Hello! In 2022, victim filed a complaint and FIR under section 498A, and the case is ongoing in the lower court with a government-provided Public Prosecutor. However, the respondents are prolonging the case, as the main accused is in abroad and the other accused is in India. Now, in 2024, they have filed a petition in the High Court under section 482 to quash the proceedings, and victim received a "show cause notice”. Should victim hire a lawyer? What's the process for victim exactly?

Q: Brother not willing to share the property

I am younger brother's wife we live in USA and my brotherinlaw kept house that was in my father-inlaw name and never wrote this property to anyone's name so does my mother-in-law both of them no more. After few discussions still my brother in law never came to a compromise and wants all the property to himself and his wife they hve no children. We have 2 daughters who only heirs in that family. Q: Recovery of Transferred the amount in four instalments through UPI

I have contacted a representative whose what's app no. 91 99871 18288 in connection with booking of two helicopter tickets from Patha to Kedarnath for 16-07-2024. Initially the representative has compelled for full payment and later Travel Insurance for two tickets Rs11000+Rs.9998 respectively. not getting the tickets and says ticket time was lapsed and pay again one ticket fare to get two tickets and says will be refunded Rs.14998-/- Payments were made on 14,16, and 17th of this month.
