cyber crime police taking unnessary action

08-Oct-2025 (In Cyber Crime Law)
In April, after a family dispute, I left home and transferred ₹5 lakh from my mother’s account to mine. She filed a cyber complaint in anger but later we both submitted affidavits at Lucknow Cyber Crime Office to withdraw it. Yet, no closure was done. Now ₹5 lakh hold is on my account and ₹11 lakh on my mother’s. We’ve no money left. Please guide how to stop this action and unblock our accounts.

File a de freezing application in the court . First date will of action take report . In the action taken report , police will submit that matter is withdrawn then court will pass the order to remove the freeze from that account. Get the certified order and give it to the bank , they will unfreeze the account.
