Q: Alimony maintenance property right related issues

I am Hindu married woman, due to harassment of my husband, I have made FIR under section 498a against my husband and family. My husband is now not giving any money to me and for my child . I am ready for mutual divorce with alimony but he not agree. He is a government servent and having Flat on his name in Mumbai. Wheather I should file divorce case or not. Present I am staying with my parents from last 50 days. What to do to get maximum alimony from husband. Please help me.

The summon was converted into NBW for the non appearance of the complainant due to health issues( suffering from heart attack, high blood pressure, diabetes and stone in gall bladder), for about 2 to 3 months. Q: Name removal from chargesheet in 498a case for sister and parents

Police removed my sister mother and tauji name from Chargesheet in 498a case. Court only framed charges on me. I want to know what should I do so that their names can never come up in this case ever and their fir records are wipes off?

Q: Resale of an already sold property and given possesion on a govt land

In April 2024, I was approached by two brokers regarding the sale of a plot of land, which they claimed was privately owned and suitable for residential use. Trusting their representation, I transferred ₹15,00,000 into their accounts. The brokers facilitated the registration of the land in my name, with the involvement of a farmer who falsely claimed that the land was his private property but actually it was a govt. property. Now the seller and brokers are not returning my money.

Q: Mental and physical torture by my husband and in laws+ my sis in laws

I have a problem with my in-laws.I have two kids ,my mother in law and my husband and uncle also.My husband's uncle.We live together in a village.My husband has bipolar disorder.In my family ,there is a lot of interference of my sis in laws .My husband has 5 sisters.His mom listen to her daughters only .She want that his son should follow the same path.Wife and kids doesn't matter for him even my mother in law as well.I mean to say they want everytime to close to him and discuss every matter.
