Please lodge a police complaint immediately (and give a copy to the concerned school authorities) alleging Section 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) of the Indian Penal Code (Section 115(2) of the BNS) against the teacher specifically and the concerned section of the State law against cruelty to children against the school. Depending on where the child is studying, select the state law, for instance, the UP State Law's Section 23 deals with the same.

You can file a complaint with the Police against the School/ Teacher who did this. Simultaneously, you can also file a complaint before the CWC, Child Welfare Committee (in the respective State), and to the Director of Education and the Minister of Education.

You must complain to the police station against the School management and the teacher who is regularly beating the child, but first take pictures of the injury spots and then approach the nearby police station of the school. If you can do some exercise, then you should gather some more parents whose children have also become a victim of such assault.

In these circumstances, you can file a criminal complaint with local police. Furthermore, you should regularly call and complain to the child helpline at phone no.:1098. If these systems do not work, then file a criminal case in court.

Send them a legal notice through the counsel. And lodged the complaint against the school, and principal, and the teacher also for harassing your nephew.. Better you seek the detailed consultation by disclosing complete details in this case, so that an exact suggestion can be suggested to you.. Feel free to revert in case you need any clarification.
