Forcibly Defamation case on society member and commitee member

One of our society member have framed us in defamation case due to his personal issue with one of committee member while he was secretary,after resignation he framed all the comitee member existing and new member due to his personal ego

Defamation requires proving intentional harm to reputation. If actions were official society duties without malice, you can go for quashing of the complaint under Section 482 CrPC. Feel free to connect for more details.
