My husband's condition on Anti. Bail after relaxation is modified to visit IO once in 6 months and to appear in court when chargesheet submitted. He works abroad so he needs to go. I also got bailed with no condition. Its a counter false case CHARGESHEET NOT SUBMITTED. We moved for Quashing of FIR . DOES MY HUSBAND STILL need to visit the IO ONCE FOR STAMPING during the stay order of Quashing ? I want to get absolutely sure on his condition like which law section it is mentioned. IO might harras ME by calling me for further investigation absent of my husband during his QUASHING PERIOD.
When you are going for quashing under 482 before high court, get a written order of stay of bail until quashing case is finished alongwith visitation to police be stopped until the high court case is disposed for the fact you being a lady and IO misusing his position and power
