US visa process initiation of criminal cases are pending

There are two frivolous cases filed against me related to my sister’s matrimonial issue. The matrimonial cases are resolved but these two criminal cases are pending and taking time to resolve. Meanwhile I got an opportunity in US and want to apply for VISA. Can I proceed and apply for it or will there be any implications?

You have to file quashing in those two matters and cancel the FIR and then you are free to walk anywhere you want. I would recommend to file quashing in High court that’s your ultimate remedy within this time period. All the best

Yes you can proceed on your VISA and permission to travel abroad as it’s a constitutional right and the court will surely grant you the permission to travel abroad, though there will some restriction.
