Q: Query regarding eligibility for EWS reservation

I am confused whether I am eligible for EWS reservation or not for applying in Civil Services Exam, 2022I am the only earning member of my family(including mother, father and brother)I am eligible as per the Asset criteria in terms of ceiling on agricultural land and area of house notified in the DoPT memorandumHowever, my Gross salary is 8.24 lakh/annum for the year (i.e. above 8 lakhs). But, after deduction of Standard Deduction of 40,000 under the head salary, the "Income chargeable under the head salaries" goes below 8 lakhsAs I do not have any other source of income, my Gross Total Income is also under 8 lakh as per my ITRAs per the Income criterion of EWS, the Gross Annual Income of family should be less than 8 lakhs Thus, my question is whether Gross Salary or Gross Total Income in the ITR would be considered for EWS and whether I am eligible for reservation?

Yes, as per the facts mentioned you are certainly eligible to to claim reservation through e w s category. at the time when you move the application before the sub divisional magistrate for issuance of the E W S certificate, he will certainly go through your income tax return and will ascertain from there and will also ensure that your income is below 8 lakh criteria as provided by the government

Q: Fraud with taking money by doing fraud with me

Can we proof that someone used our credit cards by knowingly for his own use by telling me. Bt now he is denying to return my money back. How can we take mony back

Yes we can. if you deny your consent to the particular set of transactions without your knowledge and consent. there are other ways as well where you can make a person liable for debts towards you. cases of theft, criminal misappropriation or criminal breach of trust can be filled against such person.

Q: US visa process initiation of criminal cases are pending

There are two frivolous cases filed against me related to my sister’s matrimonial issue. The matrimonial cases are resolved but these two criminal cases are pending and taking time to resolve. Meanwhile I got an opportunity in US and want to apply for VISA. Can I proceed and apply for it or will there be any implications?

Q: What to do if my wife left me and is not traceable

Hi Sir,r . I marry a German  woman in 2000, we always lived in India,   we got a child and after in 2005 she disappeared with the child. Since then I don't know anything about them. I am always in India without chance to travel abroad, I am trying to getdivorce the last 3years but the court doesn't grant me the dissolution... they always asked documents, or demands something g else, that I can give them. So I am alwyas pending of divorce, i wait too much...what can I do? Pls advice me.
