Threates to file fake 498a cases against husband and his family

I got merry in 2009 from UP after 7 year she filed the 498a, maintenance and DV after the councelling through mediater in court I brought back my wife I am living separate from parents since 2015 but she indulged my family in case. Now she is troubling for everything she involve me force fully in house work and create lot of noise and try to create scene and she threatens that I will finish your family by filling theses fake cases again. Kindly advise what can be the best remedy to save me and my family.

In this regard i suggest that you may file a divorce petition on the ground of cruelty. Further, if your parents are at threat then they may also initiate legal (civil or criminal) action against her.
