Q: Removing Name From FIR Of 498a/Dv Case
With the help of good lawyer, in case of FIR of 498A/DV , can the names of family members except husband be removed from High Court from FIR where all the family members have been named in FIR??

Q: parkng in front of my house by a person living otherside of the road
I and my wife aged about 70 yrs live alone. A person lives on 3rd floor of an apartment on the other side of the road. In stead of parking in his apartment, parks his car in front of my house restricting our movement. When denied, he starts quelling and abusing . Please advise me how to proceed.

file a police complaint against him for causing wrongful restraint .Once you will file the complaint he will himself reform his ways and won't trouble you any more. What you are telling is an offence under ipc for which you can prosecute him
