I had called my client (client is from another district of my state )for outstanding payment, in course of conversation he threatened to kill me & also hurled lot of abuses on me of which I have call recording, can I logde a police complaint? Which judiciary police should I approach? Kindly help
Please lodge complaint in your local police station because you received abuses at your place. Threaten to kill is serious offence. You can lodge complaint online also.
