The other party has filled a false FIR under section 504 and 506 on me and my family. He is a land mafiya who purchase land somewhere else and now claiming my land as his purchased one. In order to take revenge he put a false FIR on my name. I need clarification on this matter with you and also wanted enquire if I can get my passport if a case under 504 and 505 is going-on on my name

you can file a petition for FIR quash in a high court if you have solid proof that you are innocent by which your name will be removed from the FIR and if we talk about your Passport than also you have a way which goes through the high court and you can prove your right by file a writ in the Hon’ble High Court for more details you can connect with me I am also practicing in Lucknow High Court

In so far as the passport is concerned that has to be taken up with the passport authorities and an appropriate application has to be filed after quashment of the FIR lodged against you. the mentioned sections which is 504 and 506 is a non cognizable offence and it will not affect your passport at all . and if somebody is driving your land by showing false paper then you can always file a case against him
