Q: withdrawal of money from bank account after demise of ac holder.

My brother using netbanking and otp diverted all the amount lying in my fathers account to his account after demise. The D/C is also with him. When I approached the bank they said they are helpless as the money is being withdrawn by net banking. When I asked them to atleast freeze the account so that no more transactions happen. They asked for the D/C for that, which I couldn't produce. I approached the local police they said its your internal matter and banks issue. Already more then 1 year has

The other party has filled a false FIR under section 504 and 506 on me and my family. He is a land mafiya who purchase land somewhere else and now claiming my land as his purchased one. In order to take revenge he put a false FIR on my name.I need clarification on this matter with you and also wanted enquire if I can get my passport if a case under 504 and 505 is going-on on my name

firstly you should approach as soon as possible to high court for quashing fir because high court only can do this and secondly there is criminal record against you as fir lodge against you so you will not get passport till you file quashing fir in High court for further information you can connect me

Q: Father died and we want to claim property

My father died around 40 years ago. My mother lived separately from him but there was no divorce . We are two sisters-both are married. Can we claim the property now?

yes of course authorities are empowered to do so...but you have to tackle this problem wisely you have to defend yourself by not accepting those allegations though they forced you but don't accept it and it's better for you that you should connect to advocate asap otherwise you should face many problems in future regarding this issue
