The other party has filled a false FIR under section 504 and 506 on me and my family. He is a land mafiya who purchase land somewhere else and now claiming my land as his purchased one. In order to take revenge he put a false FIR on my name.I need clarification on this matter with you and also wanted enquire if I can get my passport if a case under 504 and 505 is going-on on my name
