Regarding relieving letter company not issuing it how to proceed now

Hello Mam/Sir, I got an offer letter from a company and I commited a mistake stating that presently I'm working. Actually I left the company 2 months back and recieved relieving letter & Experience letter on that specific day. Now the problem is while onboarding (which is on next week) with offer letter to the new company I've to submit the latest relieving letter as my commitment and it is mandatory. please suggest me what to do now. I'm in dilema. Please help me out. Thanks & regards

It can be solved vide numerous ways. Affidavit on oath is one of the options. Though you have not mentioned about the commitment part clearly. It's advisable to proceed with a consultation and I will make sure that you get the way out and will draft the necessary affidavit along with.

There is no chance that you can get relieving letter from a company again from which you have already relieved. You can do one thing, you can state the exact reason to the new company that there was a confusion regarding the dates and hope that they appreciate your honesty.

In such situation you mention this error to the concerned section of your new company. Tell them that it was a genuine mistake with no bad intentions.
Give the same in the affidavit if they ask and get satisfied on sic proposal.
