Quash rules for a criminal case where mental illness has been suppress

I filed a case against the parents of a girl who suppressed their daughter's severe mental illness and gave marriage to my son,they want to quash the case,will they be able to do so?
burden of prove lies on the prosecution so if they can ptove that their girl is not insane then only the case will quash otherwise it is difficult and your strong petition with proper evidrnce qill be the discretion of the court to give his verdict .
