If someone had an FIR and gone jail for 15 days I want to know 2 things 1 can he is eligible for civil services??? 2 can the case will be closed forever??? Because the police didn't send the charge sheet yet it had 3 years the case was fully fake and charges was wrong like ragging ,307 and many things And police also not present the victim is 24hours to the magistrate plz help what I should do???

Can apply for civil services however should disclose about the pending FIR

Further, the case can be closed by filing a quashing petition.
This quashing will be of the FIR.

i this matter closure of case is possible. but things need to be told clearly about the case .

Yes he is eligible for civil services but he should not be convicted for any offence and at the end of the trial the acquittal should be honourable acquittal. The police has to present the accused before the magistrate within 24 hrs not the victim.
