Neighbour Abused over the issue of car parking. Can I file a complaint

My neighbour did a filthy name calling over the issue of car parking. It was traumatic. Can I file a complaint against him in the women cell?

sure you can file a complaint against him. using derogatory language against women is a criminal offence and you can also sue him for defamation and demand compensation if you wish to. For further guidance in your matter, please visit my office by taking a prior appointment.

Yes u can if any derogatory words have been used against u ,u can also file a criminal defamation case against him /her .If u belong to a specific category of classes u can file a fir against them under those provisions also.
