Other party done a false case on my family member (Posco case )how to

One of my family member falsely involved in Posco case. He got bailed but other party wanted to cancel the bail nIs it possible to cancel the bail. nAnd how to save my Family Member from this allegation. Other party done a false case on my family member. It is just a matter of money.

Yes a bail can be cancelled by the court. Other party can file an application for cancellation of bail and if the court is satisfied with the facts and submissions it can be cancelled. We advise you to seek a detailed consultation for your matter

whether the case is false or not is a matter of trial. However, details are required to be examined to suggest recourse. it is only in exceptional cases or where bail is misused by accused only then other party has right to apply in court for cancellation of bail on stating grounds.

Not to worry bail can not be canceled easily they need some new facts and other materials regarding trial for cancellation of your family member bail and your family member will remain saved if there is no connection between your family member and girl it is matter of trial please contact me for further information

You can get it written on an Affidavit from the opposite party that it is a false case and it was all about money and nothing else. Provided the so-called accused does not have previous criminal records. Then you can file for discharge of the accused or may go to the high court in case no relief is granted by sessions court.

if possible kindly take all the proofs of money they are trying to extort from you, and secondly tell your advocate that these all are the proofs that you have to use when they will file cancelation of bail.
