My wife is being living separately since last 3 Years, My father approached their relatives couples of didn't gave any positive response, now their family and she said that she wants to live with me but at this point of time my emotions and feelings are completely damaged for her and i don't wanna live with her.I know that she will stretch my timings so that i will not try to get marry with another girl.

Q: What can I do if a company is committing fraud with me?

I paid for laser hair removal sessions with a big company in 2020, January. I paid roughly 60k for 7 sessions. I took 1.5 sessions when COVID hit and I completely stopped stepping out of my house. In 2022, when things got better, I was being treated for a skin allergy and was not allowed to get a laser done.When things got better and I returned to the company, they made up fabricated dates and said I have already used the 7 sessions. They have no signature by me, the dates they have mentioned were peaks of covid and I absolutely did not visit the centre. nDespite repeated requests for a resolution, the company is not providing any response.Is there anything I can do legally?

you can send a legal notice to the company for your paid amount and also file a complaint for cheating and fraud against them in court Or ploce station and you can also file a recovery suit for your paid amount against them and recover your amount from them

Husband said abusive thing about my family and relative.He has beaten me like a animal and now when I said to talk through law they are saying that how will you prove you’re beaten. I have never done anything and all in laws are treating me like trash. Asking to give money once back in law house for daily expenses and husband is not going to use single penny.Can i file the case without proof?

I am booked my seat from Delhi to Jaipur from online bus service company at the time of 7.45am but they message me before 7 hours that my arrving timming has been rescheduled to 10.10am. i didn't see the msg. In the morning, when I reached the arriving point I knew it and try to contact them they didn't pick and try again via what's app they just say sorry. After that I am suffer very badly by mentally and timmingly. And rearrange another bus and pay again. So, how these companies do whatever they want. Is there any right as a consumer.

yes you can approach the consumer court and file a complaint before the consumer court you can also ask for compensation regarding whatever suffered because of them and also asked for refund of your amount with penalty

My brother in law got me stuck in a fraud activity.He was a government employee. He cheated and transferred a huge amount of money into his back account and also transferred me around 14-15 lakhs in installments which I transferred him back through net banking. Some amount of money was given to him through cash where cheques were encashed through 'Self'. The case has been given to CBI and a FIR has been lodged by me and my brother in law's name where same allegations have been alleged on us . I am unnecessarily stuck where I am not a culprit at all.
