Mandamus Writ in Allahabad High Court

25-Jul-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I want to know the process of Mandamus Writ and how much time it takes for a writ order in Allahabad High Court. I have a complaint in Child Welfare Committee, I gave a representation and they said they are dismissing my complaint.

Dear Client, You should file it before Allahabad High Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. You just want a direction in that writ petition, so just engage a Council for that, and then he will assist you for the next steps.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if you have filed any complaint in CWC the DPO must have given why the charges are made if it's a matrimonial dispute then simultaneously the case is registered in family court concern ADJ you can file objections for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
