Q: How to get delisted from IGRS Website

Hi, I have purchased a HUDA layout plot which is 30 acres and has survey numbers 182, 183,184,185,186,187,188,189. Only 183 survey is showing under prohibited lands in Telangana in IGRS website(Reason: Ceiling Surplus Land). We went and checked with MRO office and they said no survey is under prohibited lands and they believe it is a mistake. This property falls under Sangareddy District, Ameenpur mandal and Ameenpur village. How to get this delisted from IGRS website.

Advocate Pavan Kumar Gudipati answered
First, you have to write a letter to Govt department, Registration and Huda. Next, if they did not responded, then file case in High court. if I get more details, then I can assist you. HUDA, must have cleared this, when they sold to you. without seeing documents, very difficult to give best solutions

Q: Filing case against NCDRC-reg.

This is the case related to RP-2017. NCDRC pronounced its verdict in the month of July,2020 in my favor (complainant) but the order copy of judgment along with the compensation amount has not been received at my end till today. NCDRC was communicated about the change of address for correspondence well in advance by letter and wherein I could receive a letter from them at the new address but they failed to deliver copy of order in spite of my two more letters earlier through speed post service. 2. The most important thing is that the decision in this case is absolutely unilateral, abnormally delayed beyond ones imagination without proper analysis of opposite party's deceitful act.

Advocate Pavan Kumar Gudipati answered
you can get order by online on their website or get that from your lawyer. if you filed case by your self, then contact , section in the court. if you get compensation at consumer court, by this time, respondent made his deposit in court. call me still you need any assistance
