Q: Mental harassment / abuse and physical abuse done done by father/husba
Hi, so i am 21 year old. And my father who mentally harassing and abusing us ( me and my mother ) even physically abusing. He is giving us threats daily to kill us and cursing us and much more which has deeply affected our mental health. This is not something new but has been going on since years and now I have gathered some courage to stand against it and not tolerate it anymore, i get panic attacks which is deeply affecting my physical health as well. Please advise what’s to best way to handle

person living in house for last 37 years, taken water & electricity connection, paid all house tax, constructed the house based on POA since 1988. sale deed of 1967 original available and copy of POA 1967-1988 available. Last POA was executed in 1988. Now want to sell house. Can he sell without original POA in his favour. Registry was open in this area in 2014. Can buyer insist for original POA for all ? what are alternative ways to sell house. Purchaser is live now (POA-1988).
